All structures are designed for same design loads in accordance with state building code. The last generation of metal buildings have been proven to perform significantly better than those built prior to 2001 building code and post Hurricane Andrew data. There are no obvious concerns if built in accordance with plans and specifications. Special attention should be paid to installation, especially attachment of doors, windows and flashings.
